Donovan Enterprises warrantees its Heavy Duty UHMH lining systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Eighteen Months from date of shipment, or within 1/4" thickness of remaining liner material, whichever comes first.
Donovan's Bedliners will carry a 100% warranty for the first 12 months, and a 50% warranty for the following 6 months.
Medium Duty HMW liners are warranted for 90 days on all welds and scorelines.
This warranty is effective as long as the liner is installed according to published installation instructions and is used in accordance with printed specifications from Donovan.
The Warranty Registration Form must be filled out completely and accurately and returned to Donoavan with 14 days of receipt of liner in order for any future warranty claim to be void.
A Warranty Claim Form must be completed concerning the nature of a Warranty Claim prior to any obligation of Donovan to address the claim. Donovan Enterprises' Customer Service personnel can assist with this procedure.
Donovan's obligation under this warranty begins with repair, or at its option, replacement of the liner under warranty. Donovan does not assume any liability of secondary charges, expenses / labor for installation or removal, or any consequential losses or damages.
This warranty does not apply to any Donovan liner which has been repaired or altered outside of Donovan Enterprises or which has been installed or used other than in accordance with the printed instructions from Donovan Enterprises.
This warranty does not apply to any excessive wear or damage caused by applications which are not recommended by the DiamonSlide usage chart.
Donovan Enterprises retains final judgement that a liner is in fact defective and covered under warranty.
Donovan Enterprises' products are sold without any express or implied warranty except as set forth above.
No person is authorized to modify the preceding warranty in any manner.
